Yes — the helpdesk emails a PDF schedule and venue map along with every registration confirmation. Write in any time for a fresh copy.

Your registration ID or confirmation email, and a valid ID. Badges, lanyards, and food stubs are issued at the desk against the master list.

Your ticket is issued right away, but shows as Pending until the organizer confirms your deposit. Bring your transfer slip or reference number just in case.

On Nov. 1 (Sun) — Inauguration Day, lunch will be provided to all PRE-REGISTERED attendees.

On Nov. 2 to 4 (Mon–Wed) — There will be food vendors selling vegetarian food. Attendees may also bring their own food (baon), especially drinks. Please be aware that only vegetarian food is allowed in Merit Field.

Please bring a copy/screenshot of your Event Registration QR Code or E-ticket number.

Bring your own food and drinks — concessionaires will be available but will have limited stocks.

Personal effects: Dharma items, powerbanks, umbrella, sun protection, insect repellant, toiletries, etc.
